As a new business we will be primarily in the West Midlands with plans to expand as our client base grows. To remain competitive and cover operational costs, our starting price will be £16 per hour. This rate allows us to generate a modest profit while ensuring that we can manage essential costs such as staff wages, cleaning products, and travel expenses. It is important to note that our pricing may vary depending on several factors, including the size of the property, the frequency of service, and any specific client requirements. Although we aim to offer competitive rates, we must ensure that our pricing structure allows for sustainability, as setting prices too low to compete directly with other companies could lead to financial challenges. Our primary service areas include office spaces, residential homes, retail stores, healthcare facilities, and real estate properties (including Airbnb properties). While we are also equipped to service industrial locations, such as warehouses, we recognize that these environments require specialized training due to potential hazards. We will only provide industrial cleaning services once proper training and certification have been obtained. By setting competitive starting prices and focusing on high-demand service areas, we are confident in building a sustainable business model as we establish ourselves in the market
